Ella & Luke Westmoreland had Rowan over in December for a play date at their house in Alexandria, VA. Ella came to the airport with her mother Alyssa to welcome Rowan home in November. Luke is just 6 weeks older than Rowan. They're sure to be buddies and Ella will have to keep tabs on them.
